Dear San Francisco,

Do you have suggestions as to places to visit, browse, eat out and shop at? I would greatly appreciate it.

...or for that matter, anyone else out there have one? Please.

since we're going to be in downtown, you can hit up chinatown. They have the biggest chinatown in any state. If you can make it down to fisherman's warf, it's a tourist trap, but that's where my cousin took me..i think that's what it's called. Take a boat trip to Alcatrazz. There's always the golden gate bridge. =) Have some cash with you, cause alot of the restaurant won't take amex or debit.

It's a tad on the pricey side, but Scoma's is a worthwhile splurge. If I remember correctly, it's on the fisherman's wharf.

yes! yes! try Scoma's...if you like seafood. we went there on our honeymoon. you have to be willing to wait in line for a little bit but they move you through pretty quickly. my parents went there on their honeymoon too - 27 years ago.
