5 thingsI learned about trying out Korean food for the first time:
1. Don't go to a Korean restaurant without someone who knows how to order from the menu.
2. Don't order anything with the description of: clear noodle
3. Forks must be requested
4. Watch the people around you at other tables to figure out how to even eat the food
5. Just order BBQ pork.

I used to hate glass noodles, too. My sister is Korean and my mother thought it would be good to explore the culture growing up. I finally took to jap chae which is pretty good, once you've eaten it three or four times. Keep trying, Korean may grow on you yet :-)
