Chicken Salad Day
Today was the first monthly chicken salad day.
There were two choices. One, still un-named, had dill, grapes and celery. The other, termed "C4" consists of Chicken, Celery, Cashews and Curry. Both were excellent and it was found that they were best when mixed together.
The event was followed up by a trip to "Cow Chips" for chocolate chip cookies.
The chicken salad festivities will once again resume on September 8th.

Sounds dee-lish.
Speaking of lists, I'm currently eating a salad from the Larrys salad bar, which consists of the following:
-spinach leaves
-mushrooms
-olives
-tomatoes
-meat chunks/cubes (turkey?)
-mini corn
-garbanzo beans
-ranch
-those funny, asian, crunchy, stick things (what are those called?)
