Remedy for a Bad Day
After arriving home from work, throw on running clothes, lace up the running shoes and head for the trail. Run at least 3 miles, with the perfect overcast Seattle weather, and pour out all your frustrations to the Creator of the Universe. Once home again, open the sliding glass door to let in the fresh air, drink two or three large glasses of water, and stretch. Next, scramble yourself up "eggs extraordinare": onion, zuchinni, turkey kielbasa, eggs, pepper jack cheese, fresh tomato, garlic powder, sea salt, red pepper, and black pepper. Sit down and eat before settling in for a long evening of homework.

What made your day so bad? Was it Technology? I might expect so, although for encouragement: remember you still command the keys and circuits, plus all the strings of emotion that go with those things. And I hope tomorrow is better, but still post your creative dinner menus because they're fun to read. :)
Oddly enough, your having a bad day resulted in making several people very happy by giving them something pleasant to think about this morning--and perhaps something delicious to eat later.
